1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Welcome to Artificial Arts, a custom direct-to-garment and print-on-demand service ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. DEFINITIONS a. "Artificial Arts" refers to Artificial Arts, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates. b. "Customer," "You," and "Your" pertain to the individual or entity using our Service. c. "Service" encompasses all services provided by Artificial Arts.

3. COPYRIGHT AND PRIVACY

a. Copyright Protection: At Artificial Arts, we take copyright protection seriously. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, associated with your designs and images submitted to the Service are owned by you or the rightful copyright owner. Artificial Arts shall not acquire any ownership rights or licenses in your designs, images, or copyrights.

b. No Storage Beyond Fulfillment: We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and your intellectual property. Artificial Arts will not store your images or designs for any longer than is necessary to fulfill the specific orders for which they were submitted. Once fulfillment is complete, we will promptly delete the images or designs from our system (on a MONTHly basis).

c. Non-Use and Non-Disclosure: Your designs and images will not be used or disclosed by Artificial Arts for any purpose, nor will they be shared with the public without your express written consent. We will not use your creations in any marketing materials, promotional activities, or other public-facing content unless we receive explicit permission from you.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that Artificial Arts does not represent or warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
